Prorated applies only to recurring charges that are billed on a forward
basis. When a recurring charge is incurred after the bill for a period
has been mailed, a prorated charge appears on the bill in the next
billing period.

optimumlightpath.com and log in to Customer Care Online from the home
page.

Lightpath customers via our Customer Care Online portal. If you need
additional information or a different type of report, please contact a

Optimum Lightpath does offer online bill presentation and payment via
