Dave PistacchioPresidentWith three decades of experience in the cable industry, Mr. Pistacchio is responsible for driving Optimum Lightpath's growth as the premier provider of data, Internet, voice and video transport solutions and managed services for mid-sized and larger businesses across the New York metropolitan area. He joined Lightpath in 2005 and guided the company as it switched its entire offering to Metro Ethernet services delivered over its fully fiber optic Intelligent Enterprise Network. This "game changing" move has resulted in accelerated business growth and significant industry recognition.Under Mr. Pistacchio's leadership, Optimum Lightpath has received numerous awards including Frost & Sullivan's North American Ethernet Service Emerging Company of the Year (2008), Heavy Reading's Ethernet Service Provider of the Year for Regional Innovation (2007) and the Metro Ethernet Forum's (MEF) Best North American Regional Service Provider of the Year (2007). In 2006, Optimum Lightpath was one of the first service providers in the world to earn Carrier Ethernet certification from the MEF.
Prior to joining Lightpath, Mr. Pistacchio served in several senior executive positions in Information Technology throughout Cablevision and Rainbow Media including EVP & CIO. He played a key role in developing technologies that enabled the launch of Cablevision's advanced digital product offerings including iO: Interactive Optimum, Optimum Online and Optimum Voice. Mr. Pistacchio's leadership was also instrumental in the development of the industry's first self-installation model for digital services, as well as deployment of the advanced systems that supported the company's growth.
Prior to joining Cablevision in 1994, Mr. Pistacchio held a number of management positions in both business operations and information technology at a number of companies including Continental Cablevision of Massachusetts.

Phil DeCabiaSenior Vice President of Sales and Service for Long Island, Westchester, and ConnecticutIn August of 2001, Phil DeCabia was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales for Long Island, Westchester, and Connecticut. Before that he was the Vice President of Business Telecommunications Services, a position he had held since July of 1999. He is responsible for developing the regional business communications organization throughout Long Island, Westchester, and Connecticut, focusing on ensuring strong direct sales capabilities and superior field service.A long-time employee of Cablevision Systems Corporation, Mr. DeCabia joined the company in 1983 as one of the first employees of Rainbow Advertising Sales Company (RASCO), a subsidiary of Cablevision. He worked in New York City, representing the company's cable services for local advertising sales, News 12, and regional sports. In 1995, Mr. DeCabia left his position as RASCO's senior vice president and director of advertising sales for SportsChannel in order to join Lightpath.

Christopher RabiiSenior Vice President, Technical OperationsIn his role as Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, Christopher Rabii is responsible for all activities related to network engineering and operations, including the network design, fiber plant construction, engineering, field operations, maintenance and monitoring of Optimum Lightpath’s network services, as well as the overall strategic vision for the evolution of the network architecture.Prior to joining Optimum Lightpath, Mr. Rabii held various management positions over the course of nearly ten years at AboveNet Communications, based in White Plains, NY. Most recently, as Vice President of Engineering at AboveNet, Mr. Rabii had overall engineering responsibility for all metro, long haul and IP networks.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Rabii was a research and development Project Manager in the area of fiber optic laser delivery methods at Premier Laser Systems, a medical device manufacturer based in Irvine, CA.
Mr. Rabii earned a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering, an M.S. in Ceramic and Materials Engineering and a Ph.D. in Ceramic and Materials Engineering with a focus in Fiber Optics from Rutgers University.

Joe CarusoSenior Vice President, Business Planning, Intercarrier and AdministrationJoe Caruso is the senior financial executive responsible for financial reporting, business analysis and overseeing the development of long-term business plans, budgets and forecasts.Mr. Caruso is also responsible for carrier relations, including interconnection and related regulatory matters between Optimum Lightpath and other telecommunication carriers as well as a number of administrative and internal control functions.
Mr. Caruso joined Lightpath in 1994 and has contributed to the company's expansion into new regions and products. He initially joined the Cablevision Systems Corporation new business development team in 1990.
Prior to joining Lightpath, Mr. Caruso held finance positions with CIBC's investment banking division and the Paramount Communications business development department. He earned a B.S. in finance and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from Fordham University.

Robin SilvermanSenior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer (CCO)In her role as Senior Vice President and CCO for Optimum Lightpath, Ms. Silverman is responsible for managing the key "touch points" of the customer relationship to ensure an extraordinary customer experience and to enhance the Company's award-winning customer service, which has been recognized by the New York State Public Service Commission for the past nine years.Ms. Silverman has been an integral member of the Optimum Lightpath management team for six years. In her previous role as Vice President of Information Technology, Ms. Silverman managed all Optimum Lightpath internal systems and processes, including the successful launch of the Optimum Lightpath Customer Care Online Portal in 2007. During this time, Ms. Silverman also led the Provisioning Services Group for the Company.
Ms. Silverman has over 20 years of experience as a senior business executive. Prior to joining Optimum Lightpath, Ms. Silverman served as the Chief Information and Administrative Officer at Bohbot Entertainment & Media, Inc. in New York City and in Europe, where she was responsible for the start-up of four international offices and the global integration of technologies and business processes. Ms. Silverman also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Bohbot Entertainment & Media. Throughout Ms. Silverman's career, she has been responsible for the development and implementation of company policies and procedures and the overall management of all information and communication systems. Ms. Silverman holds a B.A. from The State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Julia McGrathSenior Vice President of Marketing and Business DevelopmentIn her role as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Ms. McGrath leads strategic marketing and business development activities focused on fostering growth for the Company.Ms. McGrath brings more than 26 years of experience in the cable and telecommunications industry to her role at Optimum Lightpath. Prior to joining Optimum Lightpath, Ms. McGrath spent five years at Cablevision Systems Corporation in various senior level management positions, including Vice President of Customer Relations, Vice President of Customer Service Operations and Senior Vice President of Fulfillment Operations.
Prior to joining Cablevision, Ms. McGrath held numerous management positions in sales, operations, marketing and business development. Ms. McGrath began her career with Time Warner Cable, where she held positions of increasing responsibility and scope, ranging from general management to sales and operations management. She went on to work for TCI and DirecTV, and in 1999, became co-owner operator of overbuild cable television company Wide Open West. site design Steve Mena

John MacarioSenior Vice President of Product Strategy and ManagementAs Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and Management, Mr. Macario is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Optimum Lightpath's product direction, and continuing its commitment to deliver advanced business communications services and solutions to businesses across the tri-state area.Prior to his current role at Optimum Lightpath, Mr. Macario was President of Savatar, a consulting and research company focused on helping clients deliver innovative communications solutions to the business market. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science degree in physics from Dartmouth College.

Brian FabianoSenior Vice President, Business DevelopmentBrian Fabiano leads Optimum Lightpath's business development activities. Mr. Fabiano is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with major service providers within the New York metropolitan area, as well as managing all merger and acquisition activity for Optimum Lightpath.Prior to assuming his business development role, Mr. Fabiano held the position of Senior Vice President of Network Operations and Engineering for Optimum Lightpath. Mr. Fabiano joined Cablevision Systems Corporation in September of 2001 as the Vice President of Network Services. Prior to that, he spent 23 successful years with AT&T, where in his last assignment, he served as Director of Engineering for the AT&T solutions business unit. Prior to that, Brian held senior management positions in various divisions, including managed services solution architecture, global operations planning and strategy, outsourcing service delivery, InterSpan high-speed network services, long distance switched services, and data center operations.
Brian holds an M.B.A. from Stevens Institute of Technology and attended the Advanced Executive Program at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.site design Steve Mena
